Samantha and Erik’s wedding at Uppsala Castle was the perfect blend of regal elegance and contemporary style. With stunning details and a setting steeped in history (both of the city itself and Erik's heritage), their celebration was as unforgettable as it was refined.

The day began with the bride and her seven bridesmaids getting ready at Grand Hotel Hörnan. A team of makeup artists and hair stylists were there to make sure everyone looked and felt their best, with music and giggles filling the gorgeous suites in the hotel. At the same time, the groom and his eight groomsmen enjoyed their morning together before the breathtaking ceremony on the steps of the orangery in Uppsala’s botanical garden.

Surrounded by lush green and white floral arrangements by Bloomspourmoi, the space exuded timeless elegance, creating a serene yet striking backdrop for their vows - it was a scene as beautiful and graceful as the couple themselves. Following the ceremony, Samantha and Erik made a grand entrance to Uppsala Castle in a horse-drawn carriage, delighting their guests with a touch of old world romance. Drinks and cake awaited them on the castle’s grass terraces, where guests mingled and took in the spectacular views, and then the celebrations continued in the magnificent Vasasalen, where Cajsas Kök delivered an impeccable dinner.

Every detail of the evening was carefully curated, and the atmosphere was warm and joyous, as guests celebrated late into the night.
