Esther and Toby’s Relaxed Yet Elegant Riverside Pub Wedding in Oxford
Taking place in and around historic Oxford, Esther and Toby’s wedding was the perfect combination of elegant yet relaxed, as they celebrated their day surrounded by their nearest and dearest. With a colour palette of soft pale pinks and whites throughout, the couple said their ‘I Dos’ at the beautifully atmospheric town hall before making their way through the cobblestoned streets to a picturesque reception at The Perch Oxford. The bride wore a gorgeous corseted off the shoulder dress and was accompanied by bridesmaids in lovely warm hues of olive, burnt orange and pale blue. Special shout out also has to go to the Mother of the Bride who looked amazing in a pretty pink silk dress, that complimented the colour scheme of the day to a tee.
The venue saw plenty of sweet personal touches added to the tables, from pretty wildflower posies down the middle and fun napkins featuring illustrations of their cats Draco and Frodo, to a cool Jenga tower guest book idea. With the interiors of the venue lending themselves to a chic yet relaxed aesthetic, such as the pretty Cotswold stone walls and antique tables, we loved the feeling this reception space created, as catch ups flowed out into the relaxed pub garden.
